We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your item, you may return it in new condition and in its original condition within 5 days for a prompt exchange or a in-store credit towards a future purchase. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All products will ship within 7 business days of date of order. All products will ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority or Parcel Post depending on the weight and size of the items ordered. Please allow 2-14 days for delivery.
